Spray Industries LLC Limited Warranty

Spray Industries LLC (“Manufacturer”) warrants its pressure washers against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the terms below.

  1. Engine Warranty

The engine is covered exclusively by the applicable Honda small engines warranty provided by Honda. Spray Industries LLC makes no additional warranty with respect to the engine. Please refer to the Honda warranty documentation supplied with the unit (or available from Honda) for coverage details, duration, limitations, and claim procedures.

    1. Pump Warranty

The pump is covered exclusively by the applicable General Pump warranty provided by General Pump. Spray Industries LLC makes no additional warranty with respect to the pump. Please refer to the General Pump warranty documentation supplied with the unit (or available from General Pump) for coverage details, duration, limitations, and claim procedures.

  1. Spray Industries LLC Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty

Spray Industries LLC warrants the pressure washer (excluding the engine, pump, belts, and fluids) against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase by the end user. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects only. If a covered defect is found during the warranty period, Spray Industries LLC will, at its sole option, repair or replace the defective part(s) or the unit, free of charge for parts. Labor, shipping, and related costs may be the responsibility of the owner unless otherwise specified by Spray Industries LLC.

  1. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Belts
  • Fluids (including but not limited to oil, fuel, and pump oil)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the operator’s manual
  • Damage from accidents, improper storage, freezing, or use of incorrect fuels/chemicals
  • Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than authorized personnel
  • Commercial or rental use beyond normal intended use (unless otherwise stated)
  • Any component covered under the Honda or General Pump warranties
  1. Warranty Claims

To obtain warranty service under the Spray Industries LLC one-year manufacturer’s defect warranty, the original purchaser must:

  • Contact Spray Industries LLC with proof of purchase (original sales receipt showing date of purchase and model/serial number)
  • Provide a description of the defect
  • Follow any return or inspection instructions provided by Spray Industries LLC

Unauthorized returns may be refused. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

Spray Industries LLC’s sole obligation under this limited warranty is the repair or replacement of defective parts as described above. In no event shall Spray Industries LLC be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost profits, or damage to other property. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

  1. Entire Agreement

This limited warranty constitutes the entire warranty given by Spray Industries LLC. No other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), apply beyond the terms stated herein, to the extent permitted by law.
